Employee access review

EZ for Employers

Prepare employees. Test the delivery model. Decide from evidence.

EZ enables employers to provide a defined workforce group with practical EpidZero guidance through an employer-funded, controlled and measurable rollout.

Start with one employee group. Review activation and aggregate participation before considering wider rollout.

What employees receive

Practical EpidZero information through approved corporate access.

Employees receive practical EpidZero information through the organisation's approved corporate coverage. The material is presented through a clear route designed to make it easy to find, understand and use.

The organisation covers the corporate service, so employees receive access directly.

Employer problem

Useful services create value when employees can find them, understand them and take part.

HR teams often manage several stages at once: communication, access, activation, technical support and reporting. A clear delivery model makes each stage visible and governable.

Access
Clear route for the defined employee group
Activation
Visible at aggregate rollout level
Support
Named path for practical issues
Review
Evidence for the next employer decision

Employee Access Review

A focused review before a pilot

We map how a defined employee group would receive access, where activation could be lost, what communications are needed and which aggregate measures would support a decision.

  • Defined employee group
  • Access route
  • Communication sequence
  • Aggregate review measures
  • Governance owner
  • Next-step recommendation

Controlled pilot

One group. One agreed evaluation period.

EZ can begin with a defined workforce group and a governed rollout. The organisation agrees access conditions, communications, measures and review points before launch.

  1. 01Prepare

Confirm the group, access path, communications and governance.

  2. 02Launch

Open access through the agreed management route.

  3. 03Review

Read aggregate activation, usage and rollout evidence.

  4. 04Decide

Continue, adjust, expand or stop from the organisation's evidence.

Employer-funded model

The organisation funds access for its workforce.

Employees receive EZ access within approved corporate coverage. Funding, scope and rollout authority remain with the employer.

Corporate EZ is funded and governed by the organisation. Personal e0 is a separate service, chosen and managed by individuals.

Aggregate reporting

Reporting stays at aggregate organisational level.

HR can review invitations, activation, aggregate usage, technical issues and rollout progress. Individual personal and sensitive employee information remains outside employer reporting.
